These terms apply when you use our quiz, emails, text messages and programs, which are operated by ARC Multiservices Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Education, not medical care

The quiz, results and programs are educational. They are not a medical diagnosis or treatment, and using them does not create a practitioner-patient relationship. Talk with your own healthcare provider before changing your diet, supplements, movement or medications, and before stopping any treatment.

Movement and physical practice

The program includes movement, breath and other physical practices. You take part voluntarily, at your own pace, and you accept the risks that come with physical activity. Check with your healthcare provider before you start, especially if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, recovering from surgery or injury, or managing a health condition. Stop and seek care if anything causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. To the extent the law allows, you release us from claims arising from your participation in these practices, except claims caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older.

Purchases

- Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment processor.
- Program access: the 7-week program is self-paced. Week 1 opens when you buy, and each following week opens 7 days after the one before.  We email your access details right after purchase.
- Refunds on the 7-week core program: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].
- Starter Kit: all sales are final, with no refunds.
- Membership: cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the month you've paid for, and that month isn't refunded.

Text message program
- Program: ARC Multiservices Inc. texts about your results, the program and offers.
- Frequency: up to 4 messages a week.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP or email [email protected].
- Agreeing to texts is not required to buy anything.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your access

Program materials are for your personal use. Please don't share your login or copy, resell or redistribute the materials.

Our content

The quiz, its framework, program materials, videos and written content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

No warranties

The quiz, results, programs and materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or particular results. We don't promise any outcome; everyone has her own walk.

Limits on our liability

We provide the quiz and programs as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program involved.

Resolving disputes

If you have a concern, please email us at [email protected] first, and we will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can't, either of us may bring the claim in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or group action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
