This quiz and its programs are operated by ARC Multiservices Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you take our quiz, join our list, text with us, or buy a program, and how we use it.

What we collect

- What you give us: your first name, date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or older), email address, mobile number, and your answers to the quiz. If you buy a program, its deeper mapping also asks about your health history, such as your age at your first period.
- When you buy: your name, billing details and order history. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
- Automatically: basic device and usage data, such as pages visited and whether you opened an email, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

- To show you your quiz result and send you your full results.
- To send you emails about your pattern, our programs and offers. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- To send text messages, only if you checked the box agreeing to them.
- To deliver programs you buy, give you access to member areas, and handle refunds.
- To improve the quiz and our programs.

Your quiz answers describe how your body feels. We use them only to give you your result, tailor what we send you, and improve the quiz. We do not sell them. Because these answers are health information, we ask for your consent before you start the quiz, and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share them and how to withdraw consent.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, we send up to 4 messages a week about your results, the program and offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to buy anything.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is used only to send you our messages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the quiz and programs, and only as needed for that work:

- our website, funnel and email platform
- our text-messaging provider
- our payment processor
- our member platform, for programs you buy

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list or a member, and for as long as needed for our records after that. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Age

Our quiz and programs are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
