This quiz and its programs are operated by ARC Multiservices Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("we," "us"). This policy covers consumer health data: information that is linked to you and describes your past, present or future physical or mental health. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy. A link to it appears on our homepage and on every page where we collect personal information.

What consumer health data we collect

- Your quiz answers: your cycle, bleeding, temperature, digestion, energy, sleep, tension and pelvic sensations.
- Your date of birth, used to confirm you are 18 or older.
- If you buy a program: your deeper-mapping answers, including your age at your first period, and anything you choose to share about your health history or care.
- Inferences we make from those answers, such as your pattern.

Why we collect it

- To give you your quiz result and your fuller map.
- To tailor the emails, texts and program content we send you.
- To deliver programs you buy.
- To improve the quiz and our programs.

We do not use your consumer health data for any other purpose without first telling you and getting your consent.

Where it comes from

Directly from you, when you answer the quiz or the program's questions, or when you contact us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your consumer health data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under contract, and only as needed to do that work:

- our website, funnel and email platform
- our text-messaging provider, which receives your mobile number and messages, not your quiz answers
- our member platform, for programs you buy

We share consumer health data beyond these service providers only with your separate consent, or if the law requires it.

Your rights

You may:
- confirm whether we are collecting, sharing or selling your consumer health data
- see the data we hold, and a list of every third party we have shared it with
- withdraw your consent to our collecting and sharing it
- have it deleted

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line; we answer appeals within 45 days.

Security

Only people who need your consumer health data to do their work can see it, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
